At Tech TLC: Adoption Architects, we believe in fairness, clarity, and treating people like humans. If something isn’t working, we want to fix it — and if that’s not possible, we provide refunds under the terms below.
Subscription Refunds (Monthly & Annual Plans)
Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

Refunds are available if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase.

After the first 7 days, the subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, as discounted annual pricing reflects extended access.
Facility & Organizational Plans
For facility, group, or organizational subscriptions:

Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Time since activation

Level of access provided

Number of users onboarded

Usage of learning libraries

Our goal is always resolution first, refund second — but refunds are absolutely available when appropriate.
One-Time Purchases & Custom Services
One-Time Digital Purchases

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the content has not been substantially consumed or downloaded.
Custom Training, Video Libraries, or Services

Custom work, including branded training libraries, consulting, or bespoke video development, may be eligible for partial refunds based on work completed.

Once delivery milestones are met, completed portions are non-refundable.
Any refund terms for custom services will be clearly outlined in the applicable agreement or statement of work.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
What Refunds Do Not Cover
Refunds are not available for:

If we miss the mark, we take responsibility — and that includes offering refunds.
